| Dear Colleagues, The Italian Association of Clinical Endocrinologists (AME) and the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists (AACE) are pleased to invite you to participate in the 6th AME National Congress which will be held as the 3rd Joint Meeting with AACE in Verona, Italy, October 27-29, 2006. Endocrine and metabolic disorders commonly encountered in everyday practice will be discussed in plenary lectures, clinical symposia, meet-the-expert sessions and satellite symposia. The format of all sessions is modelled on an interactive workshop and on evidence-based data in endocrinology. Case-based, multiple-choice questions will be displayed on a screen for attendees to test themselves. The AME-AACE Joint Meeting not only has an outstanding program scheduled by inviting top quality Italian and American speakers, but has also chosen as conference venue one of the nicest cities in Italy.
