VENUE Convention Center Terminal Napoli Molo Angioino, Stazione Marittima I – 80133 Napoli REGISTRATION To register for the Meeting, participants are kindly requested to fill in the enclosed registration form and send it back to the Organising Secretariat together with payment of the registration fee, no later than 30 September 2010. After this date registrations will be accepted on site, only. Registration during the Meeting will not guarantee availability of the congress documents or participation to the working lunches. Accompanying persons program € 300,00 (VAT included) Upon presentation of a university attendance certificate, students will be exempted from paying the registration fee. Free student registration entitles to attend the scientific sessions, but does not include participants’ kit, book of proceedings, working lunches and Get-together Party. NO REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED BEFORE RECEIPT OF THE CORRESPONDING FEE. Cancellation and reimbursement The Organizing Secretariat must be informed of cancellation by September 30, 2010. No reimbursement of registration fee shall be made after this date. SOCIAL PROGRAM Open and free for all the Meeting participants. Friday 5 November 2010 07.30 pm President’s Reception Saturday 6 November 2010 09.00 pm Get-together Party, Hotel Royal Continental The Get-together Party is reserved to AME Members regularly registered for the Meeting (the cost of the dinner is included in the registration fee). Regularly registered participants are required to confirm their attendance to the GTP on site at the Organising Secretariat desk where they will receive a strictly personal coupon. Coupons allow the access to the GTP and must be handed at the entrance. Access to the GTP for not regular participants depends on a limited availability. Available coupons can be purchased on site at a cost of € 50,00 (VAT included). ACCOMPANYING PERSON PROGRAM Friday 5 November 2010 Guided tour of Naples City Center and its main historical and artistic attractions. Saturday 6 November 2010 Guided tour of the Sorrento coast and seaside resorts. Guided tours will take place if a minimum number of 20 participants is reached. HOTEL RESERVATION Hotel reservations can be arranged by filling in the enclosed form in all its sections and sending it to the Organizing Secretariat together with advanced payment of the deposit amounting to the cost for one night. The remaining charge shall be paid directly at the hotel which will issue invoice or receipt for the entire amount. Please note that the number of single rooms is limited; when they are sold out, double rooms used as single will be assigned. Cancellation and reimbursement Cancellation of hotel reservation will be subject to the following conditions: No penalty applied to cancellation until September 15, 2010. After this date in case of cancellation, no-show, late arrival or early departure, the amount of the total number of nights booked will be charged. In any case the booking fee will not be reimbursed.
